DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 OCTOBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ANGELES
WHEREAS, on 23 October 2026, Friday, the City of Angeles will mark the celebration of the Tigtigan Terakan Keng Dalan Festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of City of Angeles be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 23 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Angeles.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
