AN ACT RENAMING THE BAY-ANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY BAY-ANG, MUNICIPALITY OF AJUY, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, AS BEATRIZ D. TUPAS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Bay-ang Elementary School in Barangay Bay-ang, Municipality of Ajuy, Province of Iloilo, is hereby changed to Beatriz D. Tupas Elementary School.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representative was finally passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives on May 27, 1988 and April 28, 1988 respectively.
