ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 89 -99
Pursuant to Section 5(3), Article VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. JESUSA G. PEREZ, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Tandag, Surigao del Sur is hereby DESIGNATED
as Acting Presiding Judge of the 2nd Municipal Circuit Trial Court:
Lanuza-Cortes-Madrid-Carmen, same province, in addition to her regular
duties in her own court, effective immediately and to continue until the
appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or
until further orders from this Court. She shall be entitled to
reimbursement of travel expenses with her per diems and an additional
expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the
Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated 2 February 1999.
