AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED COURT OF APPEALS JUSTICES, PHILJA REPRESENTATIVE, AND JUDGES OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION (NCJR) AT THE CONFERENCE ON ARBITRATI…
The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in
cooperation with the Kuala Lumpur Regional Arbitration Centre (KLRCA),
the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIA), the Philippine Dispute
Resolution Center, Inc., (PDRCI), the United States Agency for
International Development (USAID), and The Asia Foundation (TAF), will
conduct a Conference on Arbitration for the Judiciary, to be held March 23-24, 2006, at the Bahia Room, 14 th Floor, Intercontinental Manila, 1 Ayala Avenue, Makati City.

The attendance of the participants in this Conference shall be on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.
The participating judges should see to it that their
respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of
their participation in the Conference and that the parties are notified
in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
