On March 2, 2015, a Manifestation was filed by petitioner stating that after a series of negotiations, Best Work Manpower Services, the direct employer and private respondent have forged a settlement as evidenced by the duly notarized Quitclaim and Waiver executed by private respondent in favor of petitioner, Best Work Manpower Services and officers thereof submitting a photocopy of the said duly notarized Quitclaim and Waiver; that the petition has become moot and academic, thus, should be dismissed to de-clog the court’s docket; and praying that the instant Manifestation be noted and the case, dismissed.
WHEREFORE, finding the said Manifestation to be in order, the same is noted and the prayer therein constrained, granted.
Accordingly, the extant petition is hereby DISMISSED.
