DECLARING MONDAY, 05 OCTOBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA CRUZ, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR
WHEREAS, on 05 October 2026, Monday, the Municipality of Santa Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur will mark the celebration of its 142nd Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Santa Cruz be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 05 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Santa Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur.
