ATTENDANCE AT THE JURIS ADR MODEL COURT PROJECT COURSE ON COURT-ANNEXED MEDIATION AND JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE FOR JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT & BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT
The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute (NJI) will hold a three-day training for the Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of Bacolod and San Fernando, Pampanga, to be held on April 14-16, 2004 at the L’Fisher Hotel, Lacson, Bacolod. The training will enable judges to understand the process of mediation and enhance the capability of pre-trial judges to promote settlement of cases and promote speedy, fair and impartial resolution of such cases.
