Attached to the motion are: a) letter, dated January 12, 2015, in the handwriting of Darwin Silverio and Justine Silverio, husband and child of accused; b) undated letter, in the handwriting of accused. Accused and her husband and child manifested their desire of withdrawing this appeal. Accused’s letter reads:
Ako po si Josephine Silverio na humihiling na pagbiyan po na maiurong ang apila ng aking kasong estafa sa kadahilanan po na aking napagdesisyonan na bunuin na lamang ang hatol sa akin. Para mapadali na rin po ang aking paglaya upang makasama ko na po ang aking anak at asawa pati na rin ang mga kamag-anak at mga malalapit na kaibigan na syang mga nagmamahal sa akin. Sana po any mapagbigyan ninyo po ang aking kahilingan.
