This resolves respondent’s Motion for Reconsideration of Our Decision dated October 22, 2013 which reversed and set aside the Decision dated December 8, 2011 rendered by the Regional Trial Court of Solana, Cagayan in Civil Case No. 609 for Annulment of Extrajudicial Settlement and Sale, Reconveyance, Recovery of Possession with Damages.
The issues raised in the instant Motion for Reconsideration were already considered and discussed extensively in the decision sought to be reconsidered. A careful review of the said Motion for Reconsideration reveals that there is no novel issue raised which warrants a reconsideration of the assailed decision.
SO ORDERED.
