Before us is the Motion for Reconsideration[1] filed by petitioners on December 3, 2014[2] seeking the reversal of the Decision[3] rendered by this Court dated November 12, 2014.

Private respondent filed her Comment[4] dated December 15, 2014.
After a thorough evaluation of the motion, we find it unmeritorious. The motion raises substantially the same arguments presented in the petition which have already been extensively discussed and passed upon by this Court. Petitioners did not offer new arguments, substantial and compelling enough, to warrant reconsideration of our decision.
WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration is DENIED for lack of merit.
