RESERVING FOR WORKINGMEN’S VILLAGE (BARRIO OBRERO) PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ILOILO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for Workingmen’s Village (Barrio Obrero) purposes, to be
administered by the City of Iloilo in accordance with regulations that shall be
promulgated by the City Government with the approval of the President, subject
to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain,
situated in” the City of Iloilo, arid more particularly described as follows,
to wit:

“Lot 1.—(Barrio Obrero)

A parcel of land (lot 1 as shown on sketch plan
of barrio Obrero), situated in the barrio of Lapuz Norte, municipal district of
La Paz, City of Iloilo, Island of Panay. Bounded on the NE. and SE., by Iloilo
Strait; on the SW., by lot l-A of plan 11-7000 (Phil. Ry. Co.) ; and lot 3 of
barrio Obrero; and on the NW., by lot 3 of barrio Obrero and Mansaya River.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 62° 53′ E., 1628.11 m. from
B.B.M. 57, Iloilo cadastre, thence S. 38° 00′ W., 158.27 m. to point 2; thence
S. 37° 54′ W., 182.01 m. to point 3; thence S. 37° 55′ W., 184.32 m. to point
4; thence S. 40° 15′ W., 150.95 m. to point 5; thence N. 53° 32′ W., 439.68 m.

of barrio Obrero), situated in the barrio of Lapuz Norte, municipal district of
La Paz, City of Iloilo, Island of Panay. Bounded on the NE., by lot 2 (portion
of lot 3810, Iloilo cadastre and lot 1 of barrio Obrero; on the SE., by lot 1
of barrio Obrero; on the SW., by lot 2 (portion of lot 3810, Iloilo cad.) and
lot 3834, Iloilo cad. and on the NW., by lot 2 (portion of lot 3810, Iloilo
Cad.) and Mansaya River. Beginning at a point, marked “1” on plan, being S. 34°
39′ E., 1,115.49 m. from B.B.M. 57, Iloilo cad., thence S. 70° 03′ E., 88.37 m.
to point 2; thence N. 37° 07′ E., 148.81 m. to point 3; thence N. 40° 04′ W.,
