ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 52-2005, September 22, 2005
DIRECTING SHARI’A COURTS JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND OTHER COURT PERSONNEL TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SEMINAR ON STRENGTHENING THE SHARI’A COURT SYSTEM
The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the Mindanao Economic Development Council (MEDCo), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Program Management Office (PMO) of the Supreme Court, will conduct a Seminar on Strengthening the Shari’a Court System from 26 to 30 September 2005 at the Grand Men Seng Hotel, Davao City.
The following Shari’a Courts Judges, Clerks of Court and other personnel are required to attend and participate in the seminar:

Attendance in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. Travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimburseable after submission of the required documents.
The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of Participants shall be allowed.
