In preparation for the proposed discussion with PHILJA
Officials on October 14, 15 & 16, 2009 during the Philippine Judges
Association (PJA) Convention, you are hereby directed to meet with the
judges within your respective area of administrative supervision to
secure suggestions/opinions on the appropriate subject matter for the
