Murder. Judgment of the lower court modified by imposing upon Mariano Cabeda for the crime of murder the penalty of reclusion perpetua and upon Ludovico Cabeda for homicide, the penalty from eight (8) years, eight (8) months and one (1) day of prision mayor to fourteen (14) years, eight (8) months, and one (1) day of reclusion temporal, with the accessory penalties of the law. In all other respects the decision is affirmed with costs against the appellants.
