ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 130 -99
In the interest of an efficient administration of justice and pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. JESUS DELA PENA, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 62, Oslob, Cebu is hereby DESIGNATED
Assisting Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 56, Mandaue City,
to try and decide cases thereat, in addition to his regular duties in
his own court, effective immediately and to continue until further
orders from this court. He shall be entitled to an additional expense
allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No.
99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
Judge AUGUSTINE VESTIL, Presiding Judge of the RTC, Br. 56, Mandaue City, is hereby DIRECTED
not to try cases in his sala and shall devote his time deciding cases
submitted for decision before he started to serve his suspension from
office.
