AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED JUDGES OF THE NINTH, TENTH, ELEVENTH, AND TWELFTH JUDICIAL REGION AT THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP FOR COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), through the American Bar Association -Rule of Law Initiative (ABA-ROLI), will be conducting the “Seminar-Workshop for Commercial Court Judges in the Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, and Twelfth Judicial Region” on August 22-23, 2012, at Marco Polo Davao, Davao City.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
