CERTIFICATES OF SERVICES

All trial judges are reminded to update their monthly certificates
of service not later than February 1996, it appearing that there has
been recurring delay in the submission of the certificates.
Accordingly, this final reminder is made before the matter is submitted to the Court appropriate disciplinary sanction.
