For the information and guidance of all concerned Office Memorandum
dated 28 January 2009 third paragraph thereof is hereby amended to read
as follows:

The police clearance for professional Driver’s
license shall be secured from the Police Headquarters where the
applicant resides or works and may be accepted in any LTO Licensing
Center/District Office.
All memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.
