INCENTIVE PACKAGE FOR RECIPIENTS OF THE POEA TOP PERFORMER AND AWARD OF EXCELLENCE

The Administration decided that the selection of POEA Top Performers
and Awardees of Excellence shall be done every two years considering
that POEA concerned units need enough time to be able to thoroughly
evaluate the performance of all licensed agencies.

While the review and amendment of existing rules and policies on
agency performance evaluation is on-going, the package of incentives
afforded to 1998 Top Performer Awardees pursuant to Memorandum Circular
No. 07, series of 1998, is hereby extended until the next awardees had
been chosen. POEA Awardees of Excellence and qualified candidates and
former recipients of the Award of Excellence shall continuously enjoy
their package of incentives unless the same is suspended or repealed by
the Administration.
This shall take effect immediately.
