By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I,
Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No.
687, dated February 27, 1941, so as to place the land therein reserved under
the administration of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 31st day of
October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-one, and of the
Independence of the Philippines, the sixth.
