SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR TWO (2) YEARS OF ATTY. CARMENCITA BAUTISTA-LOZADA

For your information and guidance, attached is a
copy of the decision of the Court En Banc dated 13 December 2005, in
Administrative Case No. 6656 entitled, “Bobie Rose V. Frias vs. Atty. Carmencita Baustista Lozada” ordering
the suspension of respondent Atty. Carmencita Baustista Lozada from the
practice of law for two (2) years, effective upon notice.
The decision was received by the respondent on 4
January 2006. The Motion for Reconsideration was denied with finality
in the resolution dated 4 May 2006 .
