Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Bataan is further amended to read as follows:
“Bataan, three assistant provincial fiscals;”
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
