This resolves accused-appellant’s Motion for Reconsideration[1] of this Court’s Decision dated August 13, 2014.

This Court notes that the matters raised by the accused-appellant in his motion for reconsideration had already been threshed out and passed upon in the assailed decision.
Thus, there being no new matter of substance presented that could warrant the modification, much less reversal of the decision sought to be reconsidered, accused-appellant’s motion for reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED.
