The Flood Control Commission, created in Executive Order No. 68, dated 1 December 1936 , is hereby reconstituted, to be composed of the following:
The Undersecretary of Public Works and Communications The Director of Public Works The Director of Forestry The Manager of the Metropolitan Water District The Manager of the National Power Corporation
The second paragraph of the aforesaid Executive Order No. 68, dated December 1, 1936 , is hereby amended accordingly.
Done at the City of Manila, this 15th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-six, and of the Independence of the Philippines , the first.
