RESERVING FOR TOWNSITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PADADA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of section 72
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby reserve for townsite
purposes, subject to the disposition under Chapter XI of the same Act and to
private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated
in the municipality of Padada, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and more
particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Tb-103, to wit:

(The Municipal Government of
Padada—Padada Townsite)

A parcel of land (as shown on plan Tb-103, being
a portion of Lot 5485 of the cadastral survey of Sta. Cruz, G.L.R.O. Cad.
Record No.—), situated in the municipality of Padada, Province of Davao, Island
of Mindanao. Bounded on the N., by Lots 5485 (portion) and 5412, Sta. Cruz
Cad.; on the E., by National Highway; on the S., by Lots 5636 and 5613, Sta.
Cruz Cad.; and on the W., by lot 5485 (Portion) Sta. Cruz Cad.; Beginning at a
point marked 1 on plan, being S. 80° 08′ W., 1376.23 m. from B.L.L.M. 134, Sta.
Cruz Cad. 275, thence S. 3° 38′ W., 244.61 m. to point 2; thence S. 3° 34′ W.,
241.42 m. to point 3; thence S. 3° 18′ W., 204.02 m. to point 4; thence S. 2°
55′ W., 109.51 m. to point 5; thence N. 86° 40′ W., 841.56 m. to point 6;
thence N. 86° 41′ W., 249.90 m. to point 7; thence N. 3° 20′ E., 220.00 m. to
point 8; thence N. 3° 20′ E., 235.56 m. to point 9; thence S. 86° 40′ E., 41.46
m. to point 10; thence S. 86° 40′ E., 250.00 m. to point 11; thence S. 86° 40′
E., 250.00 m. to point 12; thence S. 86°’ 40′ E., 250.00 m. to point 13; thence
N. 3° 20′ E., 94.00 m. to point 14; thence N. 3° 38′ E., 250.00 m. to point 15;
thence S. 86′ 40′ E., 50.00 m. to point 16, thence S. 86° 41′ E., 250.00 m. to
the point of beginning; containing an area of six hundred thousand and
thirty-three (600,033) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are
indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 1, 2, 3,
4, 5, and 6, by Old B.L. Cone. Mons.; and the rest, by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons.;
bearings true; declination 2° 00′ E., date of survey, June 20-23 & July
5-7, 1950 and that of the approval, September 5, 1950.”

NOTE: This is Lot 8211, a portion of Lot 5485,
Sta. Cruz Cad. 275.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
