WHEREFORE, the appeal is DENIED. Accordingly, the July 3, 2006 Decision of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 276, Muntinlupa City in Civil Case No. 00-112 is hereby AFFIRMED.
On February 7, 2014, defendants-appellants filed their Motion for Reconsideration.[2] It is noted that no Comment to said motion was filed by plaintiffs-appellees as per verification from the Court’s Case Management Information System[3] dated February 10, 2015.
A perusal of the motion for reconsideration shows that the arguments raised therein are mere rehash of those already considered and passed upon by this Court, and no new issues have been presented to justify the reversal or modification of Our Decision.
WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.
