Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate as special economic zone several parcels of land located in Barangays San Lucas, Bugtong na Pulo and Plaridel, Lipa City and barangay San Fernando, Malvar, Batangas, with an aggregate area of One Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Eight square meters (145,468 m2), more or less, for inclusion in the existing Lima Technology Center – Special Economic Zone, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and PEZA Board Resolution Nos. 18-021 (s. 2018) and 18-482 (s. 2018), as defined by the following technical description:
