RESERVING FOR ARTESIAN WELL SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE SITIOS OF BAYABAS AND LUBUGAN, CITY OF DAVAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 64
(e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to section (o) of
Republic Act No. 477, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for
artesian well site purposes, under the administration of the City of Davao,
subject to private rights, if there be any, certain parcels of the private
domain of the Government situated in the sitios of Bayabas and Lubugan, City of
Davao, and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (lot No. 195-A of the
subdivision plan Bsd-10505, being a portion of lot No. 195 of the cadastral
survey of Davao, G.L.R.O. cadastral record No. ————), situated in the City of
Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., SE., SW., and NW., by lot No.
195-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N.
11° 39′ W., 2,331.58 meters from B.L.B.M. No. 2, Davao cadastre No. 102, thence
S. 75° 53′ W., 10.00 meters to point 2; thence N. 14° 11′ W., 2.00 meters to
point 3; thence S. 75° 54′ W., 13.38 meters to point 4; thence N. 14° 05′ W.,
6.00 meters to point 5; thence N. 75° 54′ E., 13.38 meters to point 6; thence
N. 14° 11′ W., 2.00 meters to point 7; thence N. 75° 53′ E., 10.00 meters to
point 8; thence S. 14° 07′ E., 10.00 meters to the point of beginning;
containing an area of 180 square meters, more or less. All points referred to
are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by B.P.W./D.C.S.M.
concrete monuments; bearings true; declination 2° 05′ E.; date of the
subdivision survey, December 8, 1950.

A parcel of land (lot No. 192-A of the
subdivision plan Bsd-10472, being a portion of lot No. 19.2 of the cadastral
survey of Davao, G.L.R.O. Record No.————), situated in the City of Davao,
Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., SE., SW., and NW., by lot No, 192-B of
the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 7° 55′
W., 682.07 meters from B.L.B.M. No. 2, Davao cadastre No. 102, thence N. 34°
20′ W., 10.00 meters to point 2; thence N. 55° 36′ E., 2.00 meters to point 3;
thence N. 34° 21′ W., 12.81 meters to point 4; thence N. 55° 36′ E., 6.00 meters
to point 5; thence S. 34° 21′ E., 12.81 meters to point 6; thence N. 55° 36′
E., 2.00 meters to point 7; thence S. 34° 20′ E., 10.00 meters to point 8;
thence S. 55° 36′ W., 10.00 meters to the point of beginning; containing an
area of 177 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated
on the plan and are marked on the ground by B.P.W./D.C.S.M. concrete monuments;
bearings true; declination 2° 05′ E., date of the original survey, February,
1916-May, 1920 and that of the subdivision survey, August 14 and September 27,
1950.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of
October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the
