Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic At No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as mended and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology (IT) Park, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 03-068 dated 14 March 2003 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Authority, as amended by Resolution No. 03-208 dated 21 August 2003, a parcel of land located at SM Central Business Park, Bay City, Pasay City, consisting of FIFTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT (15,348) SQUARE METERS, as defined by the following technical description:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2, of the consolidation subdivision plan Pcs-00-009902, being a portion of the consolidation of Lot 15, Pcs-00-006937 and Road Lot 2, Pcs-00-009633, LRC Rec. No.), situated in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Mons. 15×60 cm., bearings true, date of original survey, May 12-30, 1975 – March 1, 1988 that of the consolidation subdivision survey on Feb. 5 and 6, 2001 and was approved on July 26, 2001.
