SECTION 1. Sub-items one to sixteen of Item (d) for the Province of Samar, sub-section (e), Title B, section one of Republic Act Numbered Nine hundred and twenty, otherwise known as the Public Works Act of nineteen hundred and fifty-three, are hereby amended to read as follows:
“(d) For the construction of the municipal
building of San Antonio………………………… P25,000.00“(d-1) For the completion of the municipal
building of Catubig………………………………………8,000.00“(d-2) For the completion of the municipal
building of Palapag………………………………………8,000.00“(d-3) For the improvement of the 6-room academic
building of the Central Elementary
School of Pambujan…………………………………….5,000.00“(d-4) For the completion of the municipal
building of Las Navas………………………………. 4,000.00″
Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
