This circular is issued to facilitate proper assignment of codes in
the processing of Directly Observed Treatment Short-course (DOTS)
package claims in all PhilHealth accredited DOTS center.

This Circular shall be effective for all TB-DOTS claim reimbursements
that will complete treatment (intensive or maintenance phase) on or
after May 1, 2009. All other issuances not inconsistent with this
circular shall remain in full force and effect.
