By virtue of the powers vested in me by section 7 of Republic Act No. 17, as amended by Republic No. 92, I, Manuel Roxas, President of the Philippines, do hereby further extend for a period of three months the various period provided for in section 3, 5, and 6 of Republic Act No. 17 as last extended by Executive Order No. 41, dated January 24, 1947.
