DIRECTING JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND OTHER PERSONNEL OF SHARI’A COURTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SEMINAR ON STRENGTHENING THE SHARI’A COURT SYSTEM
The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the Mindanao Economic Development Council (MEDCo), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Program Management Office (PMO) of the Supreme Court, will conduct a Seminar on Strengthening the Shari’a Court System from 7 to 11 and 14 to 18 November 2005 at the Garden Orchid Hotel Zamboanga City.
The following Shari’a Courts Judges, Clerks of Court and other personnel are required to attend and participate in the seminar on the dates indicated:

Attendance in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. Travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.
The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
