DECLARING THURSDAY, 17 OCTOBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUPI, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR
WHEREAS, on 17 October 2024, Thursday, the Municipality of Lupi, Province of Camarines Sur will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Lupi be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 17 October 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Lupi, Province of Camarines Sur.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
