This resolves plaintiff-appellant’s Motion for Reconsideration (Rollo, pp. 98-102) filed via registered mail on September 20, 2013, seeking reconsideration of Our Decision (Rollo, pp. 91-97) dated August 30, 2013. Defendants-appellees filed their Comment/Opposition (Rollo, pp. 106-111) on October 18, 2013.
After a judicious perusal of the instant motion vis-a-vis the challenged Decision, We find no convincing and meritorious reason to disturb the Decision dated August 30, 2013. Perforce, plaintiff-appellant’s Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED.
