LAW FOR SIX MONTHS |
Quoted hereunder for the information and guidance of all concerned, is the
dispositive portion of the decision of the First Division in A. C. NO. 1417
(INVESTMENT AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES CORPORATION, Petitioner
versus LEODEGARIO V. ROXAS, Respondent) dated April 17, 1996,
to wit:,
“WHEREFORE, Atty. Leodegario V. Roxas is ordered
SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of SIX (6)
MONTHS effective upon his receipt of this decision.Let; a copy hereof be entered in respondent’s personal record as attorney and
member of the Bar, and furnished the Bar Confidant and the Integrated Bar of the
Philippines. The Court Administrator is directed to circulate this order of
suspension to all courts in the country.”April 24, 1996.
