This Court notes that the matters raised by the petitioner in its motion for reconsideration had already been threshed out and passed upon in the assailed decision.
Thus, there being no new matter of substance presented that would warrant the modification, much less reversal of the decision sought to be reconsidered, petitioner’s motion for reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.
