Finding the reasons stated in the Motion to be well taken and consistent with the policy of this Court to encourage amicable settlement/resolution of disputes among party litigants and to approve as well compromise agreement not contrary to law, public order, public policy, public morals and good customs, We resolve to GRANT the said motion. Consequently, the instant petition is hereby DISMISSED and this case is now CLOSED and TERMINATED.
