SINGH, J.:
On November 4, 2014, Atty. Escobido prayed to be given an additional fifteen (15) days from said date (or until November 19, 2014) within which to submit the aforementioned TSN.[2] Notably, in the foregoing Resolution, she was duly warned not to fail in complying with the foregoing directive, lest, she be cited in contempt. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no compliance was filed by her as of January 26, 2015, per CA-CMIS report of even date.
Consequently, this Court is constrained to order that the salaries of Atty. Louise Marie Therese B. Escobido, as Branch Clerk of Court of RTC, Branch 19 of Digos City, Davao del Sur, be withheld until such time that she can produce and submit to this Court the TSN of witness Annabelle Carpentero taken on August 14, 2006.
Let a copy of this Resolution be furnished the Office of the Court Administrator for appropriate action and implementation.
