PROCLAMATION NO. 1044, September 29, 2025
DECLARING MONDAY, 06 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA CRUZ, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR
WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Santa Cruz to fully participate in the occassion, the Sangguniang Bayan of Santa Cruz requested that 06 October 2025, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 05 October 2025;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Santa Cruz be given full opportunity to participate in the occassion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 06 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Santa Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur.
