REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9751, November 10, 2009
AN ACT CONVERTING THE MALINTA – LAGTA ROAD, PROVINCE OF MASBATE INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Malinta – Lagta Road which traverses Barangay Malinta in Masbate City and Barangay Lagta in the Municipality of Baleno, Province of Masbate is hereby converted into a national road.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
