Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:
SECTION 1. There shall be a moratorium on payment of fees of displaced stallholders of public markets subject of the Joint Venture Ordinance while all public markets are being constructed.
SEC. 2. Moratorium on payment .of fees shall be lifted upon return of the displaced public market stallholders back inside the newly constructed public markets.
SEC. 3. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on September 29, 2015.
