ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 140 -99

Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. VIRGILIO C. ALPAJORA,
Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Br. 59, Lucena City, and
Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Br. 60, same court
is hereby DESIGNATED Acting Presiding Judge of the
Regional Trial Court, Br 65, Infanta, Quezon in addition to his regular
duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until
further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to reimbursement of
travelling expenses with per diems and an additional expense allowance
and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No.
99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.

The HON. ELEUTERIO F. GUERRERO, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 55, Lucena City, is hereby DESIGNATED
Assisting Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60, same court, in
addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately
and to continue until further orders from this Court. As assisting
judge, Judge Guerrero shall take cognizance of the newly filed cases
thereat while Judge Alpajora shall continue with the cases he had
already begun. Judge Guerrero shall be entitled to an additional expense
allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution
No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
