REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 672, SERIES OF 1934, AND DECLARING THE LAND RESERVED THEREUNDER, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF MINDORO, ISLAND OF MINDORO, OPEN…

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 88
of Common wealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby revoke Proclamation No. 672,
series of 1934, and declare the land reserved thereunder open to disposition
under the provisions of the said Act.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Baguio, this 1st day of May,
in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty, and of the Independence of
the Philippines, the fourth.
