Before us is the Motion for Reconsideration (Rollo, pp. 224-227) of our Decision (Rollo, pp. 218-223) dated September 18, 2013 filed by the Petitioners. We resolve to DENY the same as the motion raised no new matters of substance which would warrant reconsideration of our Decision.
