OCA CIRCULAR NO. 107-2010, August 04, 2010

The Sheriff’s Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold its Regional Meeting on August 19 to 20, 2010 in Guimaras.

In connection therewith the following officers are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting, to wit:

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable against local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Franklin C. Aguinaldo, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said regional meeting.
