SEMINAR ON REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8484 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “THE
ACCESS DEVICE REGULATION ACT OF 1998 ” ON SEPTEMBER 25, 1998 AT THE SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, MAKATI CITY |
The Credit Card Association of the Philippines (CCAP) and the Visa
International and Master Card International will conduct a Seminar on Republic
Act No. 8484, otherwise known as “The Access Device Regulation Act of 1998.” The
seminar will be held on Friday, 25 September 1998, from 8:00 o’clock in the
morning to 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Shangri-la Hotel, Makati
City.
The seminar seeks to promote the timely detection of credit card frauds and
the effective apprehension and prosecution of the perpetrators of these
acts.
The following RTC judges are hereby authorized to attend said seminar on
