DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NARVACAN,PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR
WHEREAS, on 23 October 2025,Thursday, the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur will mark the celebration of the Aldaw Wayawaya-Ili A Narvacan;
WHEREAS, it
is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Narvacan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and
enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,
do hereby declare Thursdasy, 23 October 2025, a special (non-working)
day in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur
