By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I,
ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No.
298, dated December 15, 1951, so as to place the parcels of land thereby
reserved for townsite purposes under the administration, control and disposition
of the Board of Liquidators pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 477.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of
December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the
Independence of the Philippines, the eighth.
