OCA CIRCULAR NO. 09-2012, February 01, 2012

The officers and members of the Philippine Association of Court Social Worker, Inc. (PACSWI) will hold its National Convention/Seminar on 07 to 09 March 2012 in Dumaguete City.

In connection therewith, the following officers, board members and advisers are hereby authorized to be in Dumaguete City on 05 March 2012, in preparation for the upcoming convention/seminar:

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Nona P. Cabacungan, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days after the said convention.
